OK, I’m going to confess, I’m new to this All Over Chief bro. He has 80, 000 Twitter followers yet I still can’t even pin down where he’s from; hence the enormous photo of Mr Rocky, who features on this weirdly upbeat (we’re talking Sesame Street levels of happy) track that’s come out of nowhere. I’m not bitching, Sesame Street‘s great.
