This Brazilian burglar has just made the mistake of getting caught breaking into the home of a guy holding samurai sword with intent. We join him writhing in a hospital bed, having had his left hand slashed off, his arms chopped up, and splinters of his skull hacked out by the householder who caught him intruding. Even to barbarians who believe that a thief should have a hand cut off, this carvery seems a tad excessive/gratuitous. Then again, as we’ve seen before, that’s how it goes down in the favelas.
