With the world’s attention fixed on teenage girls in leotards doing handstands, the war in Georgia  feels like it’s slipping by without notice. I’ve seen a load of cheering guys on tanks/trucks and some obligatory wailing old women, but I haven’t seen any news reports that have really relayed what is going on there — up until we came across these photos. Apparently they were taken by a Russian soldier on duty in Georgia, but other than that the details are unclear. I guess the photos  speak for themselves.
