On August 10, 1987, tiny baby Jennifer Shear was born in Taipei, Taiwan. Her Caucasian father and Taiwanese mother moved to Roppongi in Tokyo, Japan where she fell in love with an old man and smoked meth in her high school bathroom. The Shear family then relocated to Virginia for the rest of her teenage years and now Jen lives in Brooklyn where we study together at some art school and laugh like all the time. Lets take a look-see at Mother Father Daughter Dog, her latest zine.

This was her 9-year-old boy toy. At lunch they would split half of their sandwiches and switch them, lie down on the carpet, and talk about all the coolest YIKES erasers and pencils. Ha ha, joking with you, I don’t think she even liked him and made him pose with this small tuxedo cat stuffed animal. Doesn’t he look like Macaulay Culkin with Down’s?
