There is an enthusiasm for the counterculture in Orlando, with a strong punk scene and DIY community, where you can end up in a mosh pit at a warehouse with no air conditioning, a local art show at a converted apartment located above a pizza shop, a dive bar where you feel like you are hanging out at a friend’s basement back in high school, or riding bikes to a sweaty house party full of flying beer cans and leather jackets. In these photos I am capturing the faces in the crowds, the rowdy partygoing youth of Orlando.
