Andy Carroll put West Ham up 1-0 on Swansea with this great individual effort. Carroll settled the cross with his chest, then his head, and one lunge with his left foot. He then danced around a bit to buy himself some space before ripping a shot with that left foot that beat the Swansea keeper in the top corner.
