Despite what this gun-wielding man in a Winnebago might lead you to believe, DC is actually a pretty safe city these days. Hardly anyone is killing each other anymore (the murder rate is at its lowest since 1966), so this fellow would be the exception to the rule. Ryan Florig took some pictures of the new, squeaky-clean DC, and it still looks sort of scary.
