The first version of Moby’s latest, Damaged, only came out last Spring. It’s maybe not the game-changing burst of genius some would like, but the record’s a perfectly serviceable bit of after-after-party/way-cool Tribeca bar electronica. In any case, Moby dubbed it “a soundtrack for empty cities at 2 a.m” and, indeed, it delivers a certain setting/mood. Today, he’s releasing a deluxe three-disc edition of Damaged, which includes eight unreleased tracks and a disc of music videos.
Hey, remember that time Electric Independence hung out with Moby is his Manhattan apartment? You haven’t yet gawked at his analog synth collection? Well, please take a look above.
