VICE co-founder Shane Smith meets real-life slum-dog millionaire Kalpana Saroj, who was once a Dalit at the very bottom of the Indian caste system and earned only pennies a day in a sweatshop. She eventually became a talented tailor, making $5 every day, and then miraculously rose through the ranks to become the CEO of a multimillion-dollar steel company.
