LNDN Drgs, the duo of Vancouver producer Sean House and Compton rapper Jay Worthy, have an ear for the weird and the funky. It’s helped land them with the similarly minded label Fool’s Gold, which will be releasing their upcoming free album Aktive. And it’s on full display with the project’s first track, “Susan,” which takes an absolutely filthy funk groove and chorus and pairs those sounds with a laid-back lesson about a girl named Susan. It’s low-key music to ride around to and a clever, internet-era riff on classic G-funk. What’s not to love? Check it out below:
