These littleneck clams aren’t so little.

They’re stuffed with breadcrumbs, garlic, and a bunch of fresh herbs, which means that they’re beefed up and will fill your kitchen with fragrant, herby, briny smells.

This take on an Italian-American classic is courtesy of The Pizza Show host and Best Pizza owner Frank Pinello, who has a knack for giving props to the OG Italian dishes but without being too heavy-handed.
