This morning, the president of a large company announced that one of his employees will not be working for that company much longer. It is surely sad news for some people at that company, since the man has worked there for almost 15 years. He runs a small corner of that company, and there are some questions about what will happen to that corner.

This news was met with the appropriate perspective.

We wish Mr. Simmons the best in all of his future endeavors. We will have a farewell party in the break room at 4 p.m. There will be cake.
