Michael Crabtree totally crossed up E.J. Gaines on a second-and-eight play from the St. Louis 32-yard line and cruised into the end zone for an easy score to put the Niners up 24-14.
Crabtree ran the post-corner-post route perfectly and Gaines got all sorts of tripped up trying to keep up with him. When Crabtree finally made his move back inside, Gaines was headed for the sideline and Jeff Fisher was looking for a way out.
