265 grams cucumber, thinly sliced
100 grams carrots, thinly sliced
10 Mexican sour gherkins, halved lengthwise
3 green tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
kosher salt, to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt.
