If you’re a fan of Toronto music you’re a fan of Brampton. The sleepy suburb typically gets a reputation for being boring, but it continues to breed talent that leaves a significant imprint on the “Toronto sound.” The newest export is Derin Falana, a 22-year old rapper and dancer who is ready to be the newest name to break out. His latest song “One Night Out” sounds like a bouncy romp through the city, and is filled with the sound of anticipation one experiences when isolated from the potential fun they could be having.
