Haiti’s electoral council has postponed a presidential run-off vote, citing security concerns. The capital Port-au-Prince has for days been rocked by increasingly violent demonstrations against the election. The opposition has accused the government of rigging the first round in favor of a candidate hand-picked by President Michel Martelly.
