Sound Advice, the web series put on by our friends over at Above Average, returns today with English indie rock band Bastille. In the clip, host Janessa Slater (played by SNL’s Vanessa Bayer) really comes at the band, brutally mocking their sense of humor and hair. But then she receives a compliment and we see her true colors.

Sound Advice was co-created by Vanessa Bayer and her brother (and Noisey contributor) Jonah Bayer. In previous weeks, they’ve ridiculed Travie McCoy, suggested Drake try a J-date service, and teach HAIM to write new lyrics.
