Ingredients
8 ½ cups|2 liters neutral grain spirit (Everclear will work)
6 oranges, zested
2 grapefruits, zested
1 bunch fresh mint
1 bunch pineapple sage
2 bunches fresh lemongrass
2 bunches fresh nasturtium
2 cups Szechuan peppercorns
½ cup cardamom seeds
¼ cup coriander seeds
2 whole oranges, cut into wheels
2 bunches wild edible flowers

2 large mason jars
cheese cloth
Directions
- Split all herbs and fruits into two large mason jars and pour neutral grain spirit over. Seal, shake, and store for 3 weeks.
- After they have steeped for 3 weeks, strain off with cheesecloth first and then strain again through coffee filter. Add to your favorite cocktail recipe and enjoy.
