Sweet fancy moses, what a fucking goal. USWNT thrashed Haiti 6-0 in CONCACAF Championship play, so it was obviously not much of a contest, but we’d be remiss if we did not highlight this goal because it’s a monster. 

A poor clearing attempt from Haiti left the ball slowly bouncing to Meghan Klingenberg—like we’re watching some kind of Sing-Along Song Andres Cantor is just dying to sing—and she hammered a half volley into the net. It was her first goal for the national team and, again, what a fucking goal it was. USWNT won Group A and advance to the semifinals and will play either Mexico or Jamaica on Friday.
