Last time we hung out with Blouse we chatted about t-shirts, synth-pop, and aesthetics. We were all about their last, cooly surreal video for “A Feeling Like This” and now we’re excited to premiere “Happy Days,” above.

Things to love about this video:

1. Blouse’s gauzy pop seemingly beamed down from a star far, far away.

2. The Lost Highway/Twin Peaks vibes.

3. The quality of the film—that’s 16mm shot by director Anna Alek in Dallas, OR. Digital is just too real. We want the world to be beautifully blurred with just the right amount of grit and graininess. So basically, just like this.

4. Is the star of the video having some sort of love affair with this vintage car a la Stephen King’s Christine? Intriguing.

5. Also! She reminds us of this Guy Bourdain model:
