Yoenis Cespedes turned some heads when he reported to Spring Training on Tuesday in a Batmobile/Tricycle Death Trap that was, admittedly, very cool looking. On Wednesday, he showed up in a Lamborghini Aventador worth close to $500,000—which was also very, very dope looking. Everyone should get to a point in their lives financially where they can afford a car with doors that open up.

And today, he showed up in the red Alfa Romeo you see at the top of this page. If we’re being honest, it, too, is pretty radical. At this point I hope he drives a different, increasingly exotic car each day for the entirety of Spring Training, just to see how many baseball writers and fans will faint at the audacity of a wealthy man’s hobby. (Also to see more cars I will never own.) I don’t know how many cars he actually owns, but if he doesn’t have enough to get him through the month, maybe he and Mets SuperFan Jerry Seinfeld can work out some kind of rideshare program. At the very least Cespedes has offered a welcome addition to the more staid Spring Training photographs.
